Diffusers are decisive elements for the efficiency of air conditioning and ventilation systems in rooms.
They are designed to ensure a uniform distribution of the conditioned air within the room. Their proper functioning is, therefore, essential for the well-being and health of people working in air conditioned spaces.
LTG diffusers of the LDB series meet any vital requirements:

	adaptation to individual requirements even after installation without reducing the efficiency

	flexibility regarding the interior design, by ensuring both the use for an inconspicuous installation and as an eye-catching decoration element.

Application

LTG diffusers type LDB may be installed in ceilings, walls or window parapets depending on the looks desired, the existing air conditioning system and the intended use.

How diffusers work

The diffuser splits the air flow emerging from the air duct into individual jets and guides them in the desired directions. This results in a rapid reduction in the velocity and temperature of the air entering the room, thus ensuring pleasant temperatures in the occupied zone.The current of air cannot be felt. LTG diffusers allow the way in which the air is fanned out and the form of the current to be varied.

LTG System clean®

Function of LTG System clean®

Contaminants within the room air like dust, tobacco smoke, carpet abrasions, dust or oil vapour deposit around the ceiling and diffuser as a result of entrainment. The new LTG diffusers, LTG System clean ®, prevent this almost completely by providing a screen of clean supply air across the ceiling. Benefits: The costs of renovation and maintenance are reduced because ceilings remain clean for longer period. There are special advantages for exclusively equipped ceilings and those with architectural design requirements.

Design

Type LDB offers almost unlimited design possibilities and is available in virtually any color including chromium-plated and gilded. The linear diffuser type LDB is available in versions with one, two, three or four slots and cylinder diamgeterse of 12, 20 or 50 mm.

Highly flexible, integrated supply/return air combination system for installation in walls, for ventilating and cooling rooms with a constant or variable outside air flow.

Function

Adjustable supply air unit for production of a local mixed ventilation in the area close to the wall and of a subsequent displacement air flow into the occupied space. High induction ratio, i.e. fast reduction of expelled air speed and temperature differences. Additionally, formation of an air curtain close to the wall to reduce pollution through airborne dirt particles in the air outlet zone.

Advantages

	Compact version. Supply and return air combined in the same diffuser.
	Easily installed due to removable diffuser element. Air connection boxes are installed through an opening in the wall, fixed, and only equipped with the diffuser elements as the final step.
	Protection from damages due to removable diffuser element. Diffuser elements are not installed before any construction and paint work has been completed, and will be removed before starting any renovation activities.
	Easy flow rate control due to factory integrated supply and return air throttle adjustable from inside the room.
	Room and cost saving sound absorber installation directly inside the air distribution box.

	High acoustic comfort due to air connection box with optimized flow technology design and integrated sound absorbers (optional).
	Also available as LTG system clean®. Part of the air is diffused along the wall via a gap in the diffuser section’s edge section. This air curtain protects the area close to the diffuser from airborne dust particles.

Transfer air device LDO-T

The LDO-T is an acoustically treated air transfer device for mounting into walls. It may be used to transfer room air to adjacent corridors, false ceilings or adjacent interior zones using either mechanical or natural ventilation systems.

Function

Transfer air devices reduce the pressure difference between two rooms connected by the device and thus avoid excessive door opening forces.

	Easy installation. Fascia grille is suitable for retrofit installation without tools.
	Aesthetic desing. Finish of fascia grille either painted, anodized aluminium or stainless steel.
